The Change In Me

I used to write stories where everything turned out ok, but after watching my dad and grandy fight for their lives to lose them, then watching my sister and mom fight for their lives against cancer and beat it, I realized. Life doesn't always end well, and this shifted my stories. They became darker and darker, or I just stopped caring what others expected of me. Im not sure, but it is what it is.
